The short version
Comply PRO+ positions itself as Product Safety SaaS for CPSC eFiling. Based on their public website as of 2026-07-29, the product offers direct CPSC Product Registry integration, one-click filing, auto-generated CPCs and GCCs per shipment, automatic broker notification, and “unlimited automated certificates included at no extra cost.” Contracts are annual, pricing sits behind a demo request, and we found no visible self-serve free trial. That is a filing-automation product, and if filing mechanics at volume are your bottleneck, that is a real problem worth a real tool.
CertEvidence works on a different layer: whether the data inside the certificate is true, versioned, and evidenced — field-level provenance, tamper-evident sealed versions, change control when the product or supplier changes, and a records trail that survives the five-year question. We never file with CPSC, deliberately. The two products are not substitutes so much as neighbors on the same pipeline, and for some buyers the honest answer is one of each.

“Not described on their public site” means exactly that and nothing more: their public marketing pages did not describe the capability when we checked. It does not mean they lack it, and their product may have changed since. Ask them — we would.

How to choose, honestly
- If your bottleneck is filing mechanics at volume — many shipments, many certificates, broker coordination — a filing-automation product like Comply PRO+ is built for exactly that, and we are not.
- If your exposure is whether the data survives questioning — a records request, a retest, a silent supplier change, a recall file — that is the layer we work on, and filing automation does not make an untrue field true.
- If both sentences hurt, the pipeline view is: evidence and change control upstream, filing downstream. The two do not compete for the same budget line so much as for your attention.
